This challenging Pilates video is designed so that you can do a complete 50 minute workout or choose one or more of the 5, 10 minute targeted workouts.  This versatile video allows advanced students, beginners, and people with injuries to get a safe and effective workout.  The workouts get more challenging as the progress, so beginners can start with workouts #1 and #2; then progress to #3, #4 and eventually #5 as they get stronger.  Let's face it, we all understand the importance of total body training, but sometimes when time is tight, we’d like to just focus on what we need most. This video allows you to do just that!

These 5 workouts are ten minutes each:
1. Training the Transversus Abdominus
2. Core Strength and Total Body Flexibility
3. Core and Upper Body Strength
4. Core and Lower Body Strength
5. Core Blast

This video is ideal if neck pain has prevented you from trying Pilates, because the first four workouts contain only the core strengthening exercises that keep your neck in a safe non-straining position. For those more advanced Pilates students, you will find all of the ab curl exercises in workout #5.  Required equipment:  Black thera-band (included).
